Service Scope
VPNTU provides an international network acceleration subscription service, with coverage in 110+ countries and 180+ routes, and support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients, manage subscriptions, and check orders through the user panel. Available routes are shown in the panel.
International routes are intended to improve cross-border access paths. They do not replace memberships required by websites or apps. Third-party services may determine access based on account region, content licensing, and their own rules. Connecting through an exit in a particular region does not guarantee access to all services there or grant additional permissions to third-party accounts.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; register with a username and password. Keep your account password and subscription link secure. A subscription link is an access credential and should not be posted on public pages, in groups, or in code repositories. If credentials are exposed or connections appear unusual, stop sharing them and take action through the user panel.
The service has no device limit and can be used on devices managed by the account holder. Having no device limit does not mean an account may be shared with others. Sharing accounts or subscription credentials, reselling or renting subscriptions, and repackaging routes as an access service for others are prohibited.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Traffic bundles remain available until used and never expire. Check the billing method and traffic allowance before choosing; see the plans page for prices. Lawful Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and with the terms of the websites, apps, and content platforms they access. The service must not be used for illegal activities, including distributing unlawful content, violating others' rights, fraud, malicious attacks, unauthorized system access, or spreading malicious software.
Do not harm other users or third parties by abusing connections at scale, disrupting route operations, or stealing others' credentials. Users are responsible for activity and transmitted content under their accounts. VPNTU's route service does not constitute endorsement of any third-party content, transaction, or conduct.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Connection quality depends on the local network, device configuration, carrier routing, target service status, and route maintenance. Routes may be temporarily unavailable due to faults, maintenance, or upstream changes. If you have connection issues, first check your local network and subscription status, then try another suitable exit.
VPNTU does not guarantee the same experience at all times, in all regions, or with all third-party services. Issues caused by changes to third-party platform access rules, user configuration errors, or external network failures should be addressed according to their actual cause. Liability is determined under applicable law; these terms do not exclude or limit liability where prohibited by law.
Refund Terms and Requests
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment.
Submit refund requests through a user panel ticket, and identify the order so the payment record can be checked. You do not need to cite connection issues as a reason. Do not include your account password or subscription link in a ticket.
Order verification, refund status, and information required by the payment channel will be discussed through the ticket. Once the refund is complete, the service benefits for that order end. Processing times depend on the payment channel; no unconfirmed arrival time is promised.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If an account is used for resale, credential sharing, unlawful activity, malicious attacks, or repeated disruption of service operations, VPNTU may restrict connections, suspend the service, or terminate the account depending on the circumstances. Users who disagree with an action may submit details for review through a ticket. Such actions do not affect rights users may have under applicable law.
These terms may be updated due to changes in service arrangements or legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page, along with a revised last-updated date. Significant changes to billing, benefits, or usage rules will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Updates do not retroactively reduce refund commitments already made.
