Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNTU website, user dashboard, and subscription services. It describes the scope and purposes of data processing, as well as the requests users may make. Data handled on third-party payment pages is also subject to the relevant provider's policies.

Account and Order Information

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNTU processes account identifiers, authentication details, subscription status, and data usage to verify access, provide subscriptions, calculate available data, and maintain account features. The registration process does not require an email address.

When an order is placed or after-sales support is provided, VPNTU processes plan selections, order identifiers, amounts, payment status, transaction references, and support ticket content to verify payments, handle refunds, and respond to questions. When submitting a ticket, provide only the information needed to investigate the issue. Do not include passwords, full subscription links, or sensitive payment credentials.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Processing

VPNTU follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through international routes, retain browsing histories, lists of visited destinations, or the content of transmissions, or use such information to create user profiles.

During a connection, network addresses, connection status, and routing information are temporarily processed to forward traffic and diagnose faults. This information is not persistently stored as connection logs that could be used to trace an individual's browsing activity. Temporary state is released when the connection ends. Account-level data totals are used for billing and quota management and do not include details of websites visited.

Materials users submit voluntarily to report a problem are handled as support ticket information. Please redact credentials and private content before submitting them. VPNTU does not require complete browsing histories.

Access Statistics and Local Storage

Website access statistics help VPNTU understand page usage, referral sources, and feature errors. They may include page paths, access times, browser types, and interaction events. Statistics cover use of the website and dashboard only; they do not extend to other websites accessed through subscription services. Passwords and subscription credentials should not be included in analytics events.

Cookies and local storage support sessions, login status, language preferences, and necessary access statistics. The dashboard stores login credentials locally so that subsequent requests can verify identity. When using a shared device, log out and clear site data as needed.

You can restrict cookies or clear local storage in your browser settings. Doing so may end your login session, restore default preferences, or affect features that rely on a session.

Third-Party Payments and Necessary Disclosures

VPNTU supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by third-party payment channels or the relevant transaction networks, which may collect payment information under their own rules. VPNTU uses payment results and transaction references to verify orders and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords to customer support.

Data is processed and disclosed only as necessary to provide services, handle after-sales requests, meet applicable legal obligations, or protect account security. When external processors are involved, the scope and use of data should be limited. For information about storage, retention, and rights requests on third-party pages, please consult the relevant provider's policy.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained while the account is active and as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as required to verify transactions, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable laws. Support ticket information is deleted or anonymized after the issue and any necessary review are complete. Access statistics are kept only as needed for analysis. Data is cleared when it is no longer needed for its purpose or required by law; it is not retained indefinitely.

Users can log in to the dashboard and submit requests to access, correct, or delete information, or close an account, through the support ticket portal. VPNTU will verify account ownership and explain the scope of processing. Deletion may affect access to subscriptions and historical orders. Transaction records that must be retained will have their use restricted, and the reason for retention will be explained.

Policy Updates and Questions

Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. If there are significant changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights, VPNTU will provide notice on the website or dashboard. Where separate consent is required by law, it will be obtained as required.

Privacy questions and requests to exercise rights can be submitted through a dashboard support ticket. For service usage rules, see the Terms of Service. This policy does not change subscription delivery or refund rules.
