Contact Options & Response Times

For account, order, or connection issues, submit a ticket through your account panel. Check the ticket for replies, and add any requested details by replying to the original ticket.

Account Panel Tickets

For connection issues, subscription imports, traffic records, payment status, and refund questions. Log in to submit your request, and refer to the relevant account records in your description.

Response times depend on the ticket and the work required. Connection issues may require checks of your exit route, client settings, and local network. Providing complete details helps us investigate.

Email

VPNTU does not currently publish a support email address. For account or subscription issues, submit a ticket through your account panel rather than sending details to an unverified address.

There is no email contact option on this page, so no email response time is listed.

Telegram

VPNTU does not currently publish a Telegram contact account or group link. Use the account-panel ticket system for help with specific issues, and confirm any follow-up arrangements there.

There is no Telegram contact option on this page, so no response time is listed for that channel.

What to Include in Your Request

Describe what you expected to happen and what happened instead, then include any relevant details. A complete error message is usually more useful for troubleshooting than “it doesn’t work.”

Connections & International Routes

Include your platform, client name, selected route, and when the issue occurred. Clarify whether the client cannot connect or whether a specific website is inaccessible after connecting, and include the full error message.

If you have tried another route or local network, note the outcome of each attempt. Avoid sending screenshots without context or details about your setup.

Subscriptions & Client Imports

Tell us whether the issue occurred while retrieving a subscription, importing a configuration, or updating the route list. The client and subscription options are available in your account panel; log in to retrieve your subscription.

You can include the error shown during import, but do not paste your full subscription link, account password, or access credentials.

Billing & Refunds

Include the order ID, plan name, and current status shown in your account panel. Tell us whether you need help checking a payment, a data reset, or an upgrade record. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

VPNTU offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Submit refund questions through a ticket; see the Terms of Service for details.

Additional Details & Credential Security

If your setup changes after you submit a ticket—for example, you switch devices, change client settings, or use a different exit route—add an update to the original ticket. Keeping troubleshooting steps together makes it easier to identify what worked and what is still happening.

Your subscription link is an account access credential. Before sharing a screenshot, hide the full link, passwords, and personal information in payment records. Include only the error message, route name, and order status needed to troubleshoot.

You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Keep your account details secure and use the account panel to check your tickets. For common import, connection, and billing questions, you can also look for guidance in the Help Center.
