Plans, Pricing & Data Allowances

For regular use, start with your monthly data needs; for occasional use, consider a data pack. VPNTU lists monthly-reset plans separately from packs that last until used. Check how often you connect, then compare data allowances.

Monthly Plans: Data for Each Billing Cycle

Data resets each month on your activation date. A good fit for regular use of international websites, AI tools or streaming. Choose an allowance based on your actual usage, not price alone.

Monthly Plan · 60GB

Light Use

¥9.9/month

Includes 60GB of data. Suited to plans focused on reading websites, text-based AI tools and occasional use of international websites.

  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • No Device Limit
  • 60-Day Refund Policy

Text-based sessions and large file transfers use different amounts of data. If you often upload attachments, stream high-resolution video or download files, check your remaining data in the panel and consider upgrading if needed. This tier is for light use and does not guarantee a specific number of hours of video.

Choose this plan

Monthly Plan · 250GB

Everyday Mixed Use

¥18/month

Includes 250GB of data. Suited to a monthly routine that combines AI tools, video meetings, file transfers and streaming.

  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • No Device Limit
  • 60-Day Refund Policy

With mixed everyday use, keep an eye on how much data video and attachments use. If you work on a laptop and stream video on mobile devices, estimate the combined data needs of all your devices. This tier provides a larger monthly allowance; it does not guarantee access to specific platforms or a particular video quality.

Choose this plan

Monthly Plan · 500GB

Higher Data Needs

¥28/month

Includes 500GB of data. Suited to heavier video streaming, file downloads and multi-device use when you need a larger monthly allowance.

  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • No Device Limit
  • 60-Day Refund Policy

Even a larger allowance has limits. Continuous streaming, file syncing and background downloads all use data, so check what your devices are doing regularly. A larger allowance does not mean dedicated bandwidth or change how platforms determine your location or apply account rules.

Reset Dates & Mid-Cycle Upgrades

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. Before choosing a plan, consider whether you expect to use it regularly. After activation, check your current billing period and remaining data in the panel. Month-end is not a shared reset date for all accounts, and a plan's data allowance is not unlimited.

The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated for the remaining days. If your current plan no longer provides enough data, check the upgraded plan and prorated amount in the panel before confirming. Do not estimate the final charge by subtracting the prices of two full months; verify the order and prorated amount in the panel.

Data Packs: Use Until Depleted

Data packs never expire and do not reset monthly like subscription plans. They suit occasional use, work that comes in bursts, or anyone who prefers to use international routes from a cumulative data allowance.

Data Pack · 300GB

Occasional Use

¥158/300GB

Suited to occasional research, tasks on international websites or connecting only during specific work periods. There is no monthly reset date to plan around, and you can save unused data for later.

  • Use Until Depleted · Never Expires
  • No Device Limit
  • 60-Day Refund Policy

Expiration and data allowance are separate things. The data does not expire over time, but using the connection still consumes it. If occasional use becomes part of your daily routine, compare monthly plans and data packs again; you don't have to stick with your original choice.

Data Pack · 1000GB

Project-Based Use

¥358/1000GB

Suited to research, file transfers and concentrated access during a project. If your usage varies, treat the data as a reserve for project work and use what's left later—there's no need to reset the allowance each month.

  • Use Until Depleted · Never Expires
  • No Device Limit
  • 60-Day Refund Policy

Consider the type of work before deciding how much data to set aside. Text-only tasks and frequent file transfers have very different data needs, so don't choose an allowance based on the word “project” alone. This pack does not include monthly data top-ups; check the remaining balance in the panel.

Choose this plan

Data Pack · 3000GB

Larger Data Reserve

¥658/3000GB

Suited to keeping a larger pool of data for use as needed. Before choosing, consider your typical usage and how often you connect; don't choose a larger tier just because it's available.

  • Use Until Depleted · Never Expires
  • No Device Limit
  • 60-Day Refund Policy

A data reserve does not replace choosing the right route. For AI tools, video meetings and streaming, check that the destination service works with your chosen route and exit region. Keep your account details and subscription link secure, especially with a larger data pack.

Choose this plan

“Never expires” describes the validity period; “use until depleted” describes the data allowance. A data pack does not automatically refill each month like a subscription plan. Before choosing, confirm the billing option, allowance and order total in the panel.

Included with Every Plan

Plan selection mainly comes down to data allowance and billing type. The device limit, supported platforms and refund policy are not perks exclusive to any one data tier.

International Route Coverage
110+ countries / 180+ routes. This describes the international exit locations available to choose from; it does not guarantee the same result for every website in every region. Choose a route based on what you need and how the connection performs.
Using Multiple Devices
No device limit. Connect laptops, mobile devices and other supported devices for different purposes. When choosing a plan, factor in their combined data usage; no device limit does not mean unlimited data.
Supported Platforms
Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Find the client and subscription links in the user panel after signing in. Use the relevant entry for your device rather than looking for downloads or subscription links on this public page.
Connection Security
Quantum encryption. Protecting your connection and securing accounts on destination websites are separate responsibilities. Keep your username, password and subscription link safe. For account issues, contact support through the panel; never post access credentials in public forums.
Use Cases & Access Limitations
Choose international routes for AI tools, video meetings and streaming. Streaming catalogs, video quality and eligibility to use AI tools may depend on your exit region, platform rules and account status. A plan's data allowance does not change these requirements.
Refunds & Support
60-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. Submit billing questions through a ticket in the user panel, or check the guides and help center for connection instructions. See the Terms of Service for refund rules; this page makes no additional offers or promises about processing times.

Compare Plans: Data Allowances & Reset Rules

First decide whether you'll use the service regularly each month, then compare data allowances. The table shows listed prices and data amounts without calculating average costs or making unverified value rankings across different billing types.

If your usage is predictable, a monthly plan makes it easier to plan data within a fixed billing cycle. For occasional connections, a data pack's validity rules can better suit stop-and-start use. The key difference is when data resets, not simply how much data is included.

If you're unsure what you need, first distinguish between text-based tasks, video and file transfers, then check your actual usage. High-resolution streaming and large file transfers call for closer attention to data limits. If a website isn't accessible, check the exit route and your account before switching to a larger plan.

Payment Options & Order Checks

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. Place orders and pay in the user panel. Plan cards take you to the panel to select a plan; this static page does not collect payment details.

Alipay WeChat Pay USDT

Check your plan before paying

After selecting “Choose this plan,” confirm the billing option, data allowance and price in the user panel. If you aren't signed in, complete the account setup first. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your account details safe—you'll need the same account to check your plan, access your subscription and submit support tickets.

When checking your order, look beyond the total. For a monthly plan, confirm both the monthly allowance and billing period. For a data pack, check the total allowance and that it lasts until used. If you're upgrading an existing monthly plan, check the prorated amount shown in the panel rather than estimating from the full monthly prices on this page.

Pay using the details shown in the panel

After choosing Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT, follow the steps shown for your current order. For USDT payments, carefully verify the network, amount and recipient details provided in the panel. Don't use screenshots of old orders or addresses from other sources. Always follow the payment details for your current order; this static plan page does not provide a payment address.

Check your order and plan status after paying

After payment, return to the user panel and confirm that the order and plan statuses match, then go to the client area to get your subscription. If your payment record and the panel don't match, keep your order details and proof of payment, then explain the issue in a support ticket. Don't pay again until you've checked the status, and never post your account password or full subscription link publicly.

60-Day Refund Policy

Keep the refund policy in mind when choosing a plan. Check the refund rules, order details and usage issues separately; see the Terms of Service for the full conditions.

60-Day Refund Policy

Submit a request for the relevant order in the panel

To request a refund, first read the Terms of Service and confirm the rules. Then sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request by ticket. Identify the order and include the details needed to verify it. If your payment record and plan status don't match, explain that in the same ticket so the details are clear.

You can also report connection issues by ticket, but troubleshooting and refund requests are separate matters. If you want to keep using the service, include your device platform, route and destination service. For a refund, clearly request one and identify the relevant order; switching routes repeatedly is not a substitute for submitting a request.

This page makes no additional promises about refund arrival times or payment provider processing speeds. After submitting a ticket, check the panel for a reply and provide any requested order details. Never post proof of payment, your username or other account information publicly.

Billing & Refund FAQs

Before choosing a plan, check the reset date, data limits and where to place an order. For connection setup, visit the help center.

When does monthly plan data reset?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not on the first of the calendar month. Check your activation date, current billing period and remaining data in the user panel before planning your usage.

Do data packs expire or reset each month?

Data packs never expire and last until used. They do not reset monthly like subscription plans. Choose from ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB or ¥658/3000GB.

How is the price difference calculated when I upgrade a monthly plan?

The upgrade price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the upgraded plan and prorated amount in the user panel before proceeding. Do not estimate the charge by subtracting full monthly prices.

Which payment methods are supported, and how do I check my payment?

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. Confirm the plan, amount and payment method in the user panel. After paying, return to the panel to check your order and plan status. If they do not match, keep your order details and proof of payment, then contact support through a ticket.

What is the refund policy, and where can I request a refund?

VPNTU offers a 60-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. Read the Terms of Service, then sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request by ticket with the relevant order details. The Terms of Service contain the full policy.

Do I need a separate plan for each device?

VPNTU has no device limit and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Choose a plan based on the combined data needs of your devices. No device limit does not mean unlimited data.
